Your well-behaved pet is welcome to stay with us. We charge a contribution towards expenses of CHF 10 per night. We reserve the right to hold the owner liable for any damage caused by the pet in the hotel. Please use the “Do not disturb” door hanger if your pet is alone in the room.
 

“Healthy” room temperatures for us are 20 to 21 degrees. Do not regulate the room temperature via the open window, but with the thermostat. Proper ventilation promotes health and well-being:
Open the window 2 to 3 times a day for 5 minutes and let the air out.
When you leave the room, please turn off all electronic devices and switch off all the lights.
 

The electrical voltage in Switzerland is between 220 and 240 volts.

The emergency exit is marked with green illuminated emergency exit signs. In the event of a fire alarm, follow the route marked on the escape plan on the room door, observe the emergency exit signs and follow the instructions of the staff. Use the stairwell, the elevator is out of service!
After leaving the hotel, go to the opposite hotel parking lot and follow the instructions of the operations manager at the assembly point.

Do you need an iron? Please ask at the reception.

We use a physical key system for all entrance doors and rooms. Please carry the key with you. For security reasons, the ski room is also locked from the outside. The loss of a  key will be charged at CHF 90.
 

If you wish, you can have your personal laundry cleaned or ironed by us. To do this, please contact reception, then hand in your laundry before 10:00 a.m. and you will receive it back to your room cleaned by 11:00 a.m. the next day. This service is subject to a fee.

On request, we will be happy to help you with your luggage. Please contact the reception desk. Of course, you are allowed to leave your luggage with us after check-out, so that you can still enjoy your departure day.

The Arosa Vetter Hotel is well connected to public transport. The train station with numerous bus and train connections is located directly opposite the hotel. The reception will be happy to assist you in finding the appropriate bus and train connections. The free local bus takes you regularly to all important places in Arosa.

The television in the your room has an integrated radio.

The most convenient way to purchase ski passes and cable car tickets is online on the website Arosa-Lenzerheide cable cars. Alternatively, you can use the ticket offices at the base station or the hotel reception.

Our ski room is located directly in the hotel building. Please put your ski and snowboard boots on the boot racks provided. If you have rented your equipment, we ask you to remember the brand of the skis due to the risk of confusion. Alternativly, on rental, take a photo of your rental equipment.

All of our guest rooms are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of CHF 200 if you smoke in the room.
