In summer you are welcome to store your bike in our lockable bike room with workshop. The bike cellar can be opened from the outside with your room key. You will find a bike washing station and other utensils on site.

Our rich breakfast buffet is served in our Vetterstübli restaurant from 07:30 to 10:00. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Cots can be provided on request in specially equipped rooms. Children up to 5 years stay free of charge in their parents’ room. Your well-behaved pet is welcome to stay with us. We charge a contribution towards expenses of CHF 10 per night for the additional expense. We reserve the right to hold the owner liable for any damage caused by the pet in the hotel. Please use the “Do not disturb” door hanger if your pet is alone in the room.
 

“Healthy” room temperatures for us are 20 to 21 degrees. Do not regulate the room temperature via the open window, but with the thermostat. Proper ventilation promotes health and well-being:
Open the window 2 to 3 times a day for 5 minutes and let it air out.
When you leave the room, please turn off the lights and turn off all electronic devices.
 

The electrical voltage in Switzerland is between 220 and 240 volts.

The reception is not staffed at night. Someone can be reached at any time via the number 600 (internal) or (+41) 81 378 80 00.
 

The emergency exit is marked with green illuminated emergency exit signs. In the event of a fire alarm, follow the route marked on the escape plan on the room door, observe the emergency exit signs and follow the instructions of the staff. Use the staircase, the lift is out of order!
After leaving the hotel, proceed to the barn opposite the hotel and follow the instructions of the incident commander at the assembly point.

We use a physical key system for all entrance doors and rooms. Please carry the key with you. For security reasons, the ski room is also locked from the outside. A loss of key will be charged with CHF 30.00.
 

A laundry bag and laundry price list are located in your wardrobe with which you can have your personal laundry cleaned or ironed by us. Please hand in your clothes before 10:00 am and you will receive them cleaned and returned to your room by 11:00 am the next day. There is a charge for this service.
 

In the reception you will find a selection of current magazines and information about Arosa and the whole region.
 

On request, we will be happy to help you with your luggage. Please contact the reception desk. Of course, you are allowed to leave your luggage with us after your room has been released, so that you can still enjoy the day of departure.
 

Massages are offered in our partner establishments. Our reception team will be happy to help you and book you appointments.

The nearest pharmacy “Pill Apotheke & Drogerie Montana” is a 2-minute walk from the hotel and is located on Poststrasse 58, 7050 Arosa. It is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 12:30 and 14:00 – 18:30, Saturdays 08:00 -12:30 and 14:00 – 16:30, Sunday 11:00 – 12:30 and 16:00 – 17:30.

If you need a copy of any document, the reception desk will be happy to help you.

For your well-being, we can offer you a selection of various pillows (different sizes, bolsters, rose hair pillows, synthetic pillows) and duvets. Ask at the reception until 5:00 pm.

If you wish to be undisturbed, please attach the door hanger to your room door with the red side facing outwards. We will gladly take your request into consideration.

Let us know if we may do the daily room cleaning. Please attach the door hanger with the green side to your room door. Thank you!

If you are expecting private mail, you will be informed by the reception. You are welcome to obtain stamps from reception and hand in your letters for posting. You will find a selection of postcards in our lobby.

The Arosa Vetter Hotel is well connected to public transport. The train station with numerous bus and train connections is located directly opposite the hotel. The reception will be happy to assist you in finding the appropriate bus and train connections. The free local bus takes you regularly to all important places in Arosa.

The televisions in the guest rooms have an integrated radio.

Would you like to extend your stay with us or may we fulfil any other request? The reception team is there for you from 08:00 to 18:00.

The menu of our restaurants contains a wonderful selection of local delicacies from the mountain cuisine of Graubünden. But also of the highest standard are the market-fresh dishes, as well as our Fondue.

You can have any consumption in the restaurant charged to your room. The receipts will then be added to your hotel bill.

Your room will be cleaned daily until 16:00 upon request.

We recommend that you lock ALL your valuables in your room safe. The hotel accepts no responsibility or liability for loss of property in the hotel room.

The most convenient way to purchase ski passes and cable car tickets is online on the website Arosa-Lenzerheide cable cars. Alternatively, you can use the ticket offices at the valley station or the hotel reception.

Our ski room is located directly in the hotel building. Please put your ski and snowboard boots on the boot racks provided. If you have rented your equipment, we ask you to remember the brand of the skis due to the risk of confusion.

All our guest rooms are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 50 percent of the room rate should smoking occur in the room.

Stamps are available at the reception desk at the usual commercial rates.

A lot of unused towels are washed in hotels every day. For the sake of the environment, we only change your terry linen when you put it on the floor.
